Swimming for Fitness

'Swimming for Fitness' is a programme we run for those interested in swimming without the edemands of joining our competitive squad and acts as a separate entity to our competitive squad. The Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning sessions will be open to those who want to come down for a gentle swim to start their day. There are many benefits to training early on and if nothing else it gets you out of bed in time to crack on with some uni work in the rest of the day.
